Product Description

This panoramic photograph of St. Louis was taken by James Blakeway and features a twilight view of downtown St. Louis as seen looking across the Mississippi River. Most prominent in the skyline is the Gateway Arch. This 630-foot icon is St. Louis’ tallest structure and symbolizes St. Louis’ role as gateway to the West. Five people at a time can take a four-minute ride on a space-capsule-type car to the top of the arch to enjoy spectacular views of the city. St. Louis’ tallest building, Metropolitan Square, is located just behind the arch. To the right is the Edward Jones Dome, home to the St. Louis Rams football team. St. Louis is one of the oldest settlements in the Mississippi Valley and was founded as a fur-trading post.

Panoramic poster measures approximately 14x40

This unique framing style permanently seals your print onto a 3/8" thick hardwood display board that is custom cut to the posters size. The edges are then bevelled and painted midnight black. The end result is a non-glare matte finish, that is cleanable, durable, and very stylish, at a fraction of the cost of custom framing. The Plak Mount price includes the poster price, Plak Mounting service, and hanging kit. For more information check out our Plak Mounting page.
